India is behind Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan in terms of mobile Internet speed. According to the November SpeedTest Global Index released by OAKAL, India is ranked 109th in the case of Mobile Internet Speed, while Sri Lanka (107), Pakistan (89) and Nepal (99) are in the number. This category is Norway at the top. In this area, India's global ranking is 76th in the case of broadband speed. So, should the slow Internet speed not be a concern? Because Digital India's chariot rides the country, when the villages and villages want to ensure the success of all the government facilities around the net, then the speed of internet is the first important issue. In the beginning of 2017, the mobile download speed was 7.65 Mbps, which increased to 8.80 Mbps in the year this year i.e. in the case of mobile download speed 15 per cent increase in the past year but is this enough? Indeed, in the case of Internet speed, the world is fasting with the colonies and the readiness of the Internet to speed up and facilitate the speed of the world are being used - the speed of Internet in India and the slow speed of its availability It is worrying. For example, three years ago, Danish scientists recorded the fastest speed of data transfer. They transferred 43 terabytes (44,032 GB data) in one second. Try to understand in simple words, then 64,000 movies of 700 MB in one second can be copied from one disc to another. Earlier, an institute from Germany had set a record of 32 terabyte data per second transfer. These speed researchers have been using the new optical fiber, which was taken from Japan's telecom company NNT.But, the question is speed of the internet before speed of data transfer. On 15th August, Internet came to India in 22 years. During this time, India has seen the changing of the Internet world. Dialer has seen debut in the world of broadband. Despite this, the speed of Internet in India is still very low. The way that India is searching for new directions of progress by riding on the chariot of the Internet - this speed disturbs in it.In India, the basic infrastructure needed for the internet is so weak that good speed is still far away. Then there is no internet access in rural areas right now. And where it is reached, its speed is very low. Alam is that under the BharatNet project, the governments of the country have shown the desire to connect every panchayat to the Internet - they are far behind their goals. The UPA government or the ADA government could not fulfill its promise to both the IndiaNet project. The BharatNet project was started in October 2011 for connecting 2.5 million villages of the country with broadband. At that time, the goal of completing it was October 2013. But by March 2013 only the pilot project was started. By December 2013 the Central Government was able to compromise with all the States and Union Territories. In these, there was no agreement with Chandigarh, Haryana, Lakshadweep and Tamil Nadu. In 2015, the country's first district was fully connected to the Internet. After the Modi government came in 2018, a new timeline was fixed in 2015. The way in which Prime Minister Modi promoted Digital India or claimed to give it, it took place that it was decided that this time will be fulfilled from the target time. However- the timeline was extended further this month. Now the goal of completing BharatNet project is March 2019. But the truth is that this is not even possible. Indeed, by the end of November 2017, only 30 per cent of the Gram Panchayats have been able to start the internet by reaching the cable, that is, in the next 16 months the government is claiming 70 per cent of the gram panchayat, which is not practically possible. By November next year, the country will go in the election mode anyway, in which the work on the ground will be reduced and claims will be more.Internet access is no longer limited to just surfing the site, sending mails, or chatting. Thousands of jobs are being done from online study to surgery, through internet today. The way the government facilities are being linked to the Aadhar card and Biometric card, the good speed of the Internet is a mandatory one. In order to run continuous traffic on the Internet smoothly, the need for a fast network is already being felt. This requirement is from all the countries of the world, so there are several experiments on their own level to increase the speed of the Internet. But India's Internet Speed says that in this direction India is not being considered by law.
