In these, there was no agreement with Chandigarh, Haryana, Lakshadweep and Tamil Nadu. In 2015, the country's first district was fully connected to the Internet.After the Modi government came in 2018, a new timeline was fixed in 2015. However- the timeline was extended further this month. Now the goal of completing BharatNet project is March 2019. But the truth is that this is not even possible. Indeed, by the end of November 2017, only 30 per cent of the Gram Panchayats have been able to start the internet by reaching the cable, that is, in the next 16 months the government is claiming 70 per cent of the gram panchayat, which is not practically possible. But India's Internet Speed says that in this direction India is not being considered by law.
