Lesser athletes swing on this exercise to allow for more weight to be curled. Yeah, that's reverse psychology for you, but it's true. They make this a full body workout. But not you. You're keen on the EZ bar and the bicep to have an intimate relationship, and so the swing won't be a third wheel on this date.
