So here are some physical activities I did for a long time to build my strength in running. Do 6 weeks of strength work/Base. Lift weights and work a laborious job to build your mind and body. Then start running like hell. The work ethic you will gain will carry over to everything you do in life on your way to your goal. Enjoy the prosses to he goal and not just the goals themselves. Remember to live fully now.
